How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 at checkout. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. Orders containing only stickers ship for $3.99.
No International Shipping at this time.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We know you are so excited to get your package! We would hand deliver each one if we could, but there's only so many miles our electric scooters can go.
Once your payment is verified, we will process your order ASAP. Our fulfillment team is on it and usually has orders fulfilled within 1-2 business days. After the order is processed, standard USPS shipping times apply, usually within 3-10 business days. Start your countdown chains!
Do I need to sign for my package at delivery?
Did you place a big order and are worried about it being stolen off your porch? No need to worry! We ensure your products arrive to you safely by requiring a signature on all orders with a value over $150.

Stori Cases partners with ecommerce package protection company, Recura, to provide Stori’s Shipping Protection. As such, Recura assumes liability for the following (provided the customer purchased Recura package protection during their initial purchase):
Lost - Any package that has not received a tracking scan within the last 7 business days.
Stolen - Any qualified package that is reported stolen (provided it is reported within 14 days of having a delivery scan).
Damaged - Any package where there is visible damage to the product as a result of shipping (provided it is reported within 14 days of having a delivery scan).
HOW DOES RECURA PROTECTION WORK?
If you have any questions regarding your order or believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, simply visit Stori's Claims Portal and be prepared to provide the following information:
First and Last Name
Order Number
Reason for Claim/Question
Please note: You will receive a response to your claim within 1-2 business days. In the event of your package being lost, stolen or damaged, Recura may require additional information to determine the status of your claim. Recura's Shipping Protection is offered in select countries only. For international claims, please allow 60-80 days for claim processing.
