Orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping usually takes 4-10 business days.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
We are not responsible for orders or the additional shipping charges if the address is not entered correctly upon ordering. We are happy to resend a package that is returned to sender, but there will be additional shipping charges.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Protection:
Stori Cases partners with an ecommerce package protection company, Recura, to provide Stori Cases' Shipping Protection. As such, Recura assumes liability for the following (provided the customer purchased Recura package protection during their initial purchase):
-Lost - Any package that has not received a tracking scan within the last 7 business days.
-Stolen - Any qualified package that is reported stolen (provided it is reported within 14 days of having a delivery scan).
-Damaged - Any package where there is visible damage to the product as a result of shipping (provided it is reported within 14 days of having a delivery scan).
HOW DOES RECURA PROTECTION WORK?
If you have any questions regarding your order or believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, simply visit Stori Cases' Claims Portal and be prepared to provide the following information:
-First and Last Name
-Order Number
-Reason for Claim/Question
Please note: You will receive a response to your claim within 1-2 business days. In the event of your package being lost, stolen or damaged, Recura may require additional information to determine the status of your claim. Recura's Shipping Protection is offered in select countries only. For international claims, please allow 30 days for claim processing. This time period is due to possible delays from the shipping carrier shipping to certain destinations around the world.

What is your return policy?
If you purchased with Recura Covered Returns (U.S. Only) + Shipping Protection: There is no cost to return your package! You will be able to submit a return for refund and receive a pre-paid label or QR code through our returns center.
Didn’t purchase with Protected Checkout? You will still initiate your return through our returns center and receive a pre-paid label or QR code with our discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you are an International Customer: Please find instructions at the end of the Return Guidelines.
NOTE: If you received a defective item, please email Stori's Customer Support at support@storicases.com. Please do not initiate a return for the defective item.
*Stori Cases is not liable for refunding product or shipping it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product is not in new and unused condition including original packaging, or if it is a final sale item. Original shipping charges and shipping protection are non-refundable.
STORI RETURN OPTIONS:
1. Return to a USPS Location with a QR Code:
If you select to return your item to a US post office near you, you will be provided a QR code. Package the items you are returning in their original packaging, if possible. Enjoy this stress-free returns option.
How long does it take for my product to be refunded?
Your refund/exchange will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product/s, once it passes inspection. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to clear your bank. The cost of the product will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my return is lost?
In the case of lost returns Stori will ask the customer to provide a valid tracking number for proof of the return. Stori cases is not liable for lost items without a valid tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please ship your return back to the following address. Please include with your return items a note including your name, order number, and the words "RETURN FOR REFUND." All shipping fees are non-refundable.
